The staff is rude, whether you are buying or selling items. I have never been spoken to by someone with such an arrogant, disrespectful tone. I do not recommend anyone to buy or consign items from this store.nnAs a side note, the pricing is extremely unfair on most items.

Rude, arrogant, condescending EVERYTIME I’ve been to the store - and that is the owner, Barbara. Whenever I’ve brought clothes in, you would think I’ve just placed a plate of dog food on the counter. If you can’t be gracious and welcoming, then I don’t have time to open your front door- Honestly!
