A welcoming jewelry store with kind employees, ready to assist you. Incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing establishment.nA ring was repaired in a timely manner and reasonably priced. As a customer, I was treated in a professional, friendly manner.

My husband purchased a pair of gold earrings from Dickinson Jewelers for my birthday and prior to that other jewelry without incident. Typically we were very pleased with the service, knowledge, and professionalism. However, 6 months ago I brought back the gold earrings for an exchange or repair as the stones fell out. I was advised that the earrings were under warranty so they would repaired and returned to me which seemed reasonable to me. I thought maybe 30 days would be a reasonable timeframe. I returned to the store time and again for the past nearly 6 months only to be told that they had not received them back from the manufacture and the warranty was with the manufacturer. No other information was available. I requested a new set of like earrings or the return of my $367.00 or my original earrings. I believe I have been generous with my patience. I’m very disappointed with the outcome and the owners lack of concern for the return of my earrings.

The level of professionalism at Dickinsons is outstanding. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with Sam. Sam stuck with me for a year trying to help me redesign my original wedding band of 17 years into something new and absolutely stunning. I’m in love with it. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a jeweler. It’s what keeps me coming back time and time again. Gotta keep my “wish list” up to date.

I am so pleased, with the work that was completed, on a family heirloom. The ring was a mess when I dropped it off for repair. The center stone was replaced and the setting. It looks like a brand new ring. Amazing. I would definitely recommend this jewelry store.
