Great store, generally good service. 1 star lost in account of a few of the employees, one of whom I believe is a manager.nnThe folks that help us find stuff or recommend products on the floor are all great. But the cashiers and the woman who I believe is a manager basically treat customers like unwanted children.nnThe other day we walked in and she looks at us like we're late interns and demanded we tell her what we wanted. I should have turned and walked out, but I was not expecting that and just let it roll.
Most of the staff is friendly but it only takes one to ruin your experience. If you’re in a customer service setting you shouldn’t be rude and degrading. Will never go back.
Great store for almost any piece of hardware you can imagine. Far better than the big-box stores if you are looking for specialized parts. Looking for a spring, rubber stopper, nylon bolt, bubble phillips head m4-20 bolt... they have it!
