Absolutely LOVE this place. Best service and great variety and prices. I have been searching for a great smoke shop to go to for a while now, a lot of places are over priced, people don't know what they are talking about, and rude service. The smoke shack is the COMPLETE opposite great variety, amazing customer service everyone is super friendly, great prices! And they know there stuff! I 100% recommend visiting the smoke shack you literally cannot go wrong! I'm glad I found this place. I wish it allowed to give more stars.

My fiance and I moved to the area about a year ago and havent been to another shop since we discovered the smoke shack they have great quality glass and fantastic customer service. They are extremely generous people . we are frequent customers there now and would reccomend the smoke shack to everyone .

Very rude owner. I had a crack in a pipe from there when I brought it back the same day I was told they would give me 25% off so I messaged the owner who proceeded to get very rude with me about the situation. The employee claims I was rude with her how ever I was very polite with her and she was helpful but then lied about the interaction to him. He got nasty with me in private messages on Instagram I have screen shots to prove it if anyone would like to see them. Now the owner is harassing me and spreading lies I tried to post the screenshots on a live feed he made talking bad about me but he deleted them guess he doesn't want the truth to come out. So now he feels a need to blame every bad review on me the only one of these people I know is Cameron Hall maybe he should take a class in how to be a business owner and CUSTOMERS have so many complaints. The owner is now making bigottes comments about me on social media and unblocked me so he could harass me again let's show him that bullying will not be tolerated

Poor selection high prices and the employees are more concerned with playing video games than helping customer avoid at all costs pipe dreams in Huntingtown is a much more friendly store with better prices
