I have had two stellar experiences with jewelry purchases from Dickinson Jewelers. I live in NY state and saw two necklace chains and pendants I was interested in purchasing. Rather than purchase online, I called the Prince Frederick location. I received the warmest customer service from a woman named Arielle. She looked up the items and told me they were at the Dunkirk location. I then spoke to Kathy Dickinson at the Dunkirk store...who was so lovely and so helpful. When I received my order in the mail, I called to place another order. Beautiful jewelry...top-drawer customer service...and they were so helpful to mail it to NY. I highly recommend both locations of Dickinson Jewelers!

Dickinson Jewelers is the number one place to shop for jewelry. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry there and have had jewelry repaired. The jewelry is beautiful, unique and the quality is excellent. Stephanie always goes an extra mile working with me on my jewelry selection. Her expertise and knowledge of diamonds and gemstones is outstanding. She is my go to person whether I'm buying pieces for myself or gifts for my daughters.nI highly recommend Dickinson Jewelers and rate the store and staff 5 stars.

Dickinson Jewelers has beautiful jewelry! I just ordered gorgeous pendants for my mother and for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. Dickinson Jewelers is a super creative locally-owned business in Southern Maryland. They are personally delivering these gifts to them with balloons. My mom & mother-in-law are going to feel so special!!! ❤ufe0f
