Lisa Lang worked extremely hard at pulling things together for us on our property loan. She definitely went above and beyond. Communication was excellent during the whole process with all of our questions answered with knowledge and in a timely manner. If Lisa did not know the answer, she found the answer for us. We felt valued every step of the way. The rest of the staff we had interactions with at Washington Federal, Wenatchee branch, were all pleasant and eager to help. Had a fantastic experience with our home loan. The loan officer went above and beyond to walk us through the process. We switched our checking account to Wafed shortly after and the employees have always been nice and helpful.
