I recently purchased a truck from Maggio Buick GMC and I had an outstanding experience. I purchased my truck from out of state and Derek provided me with incredible communication making my experience flawless. There were zero surprises when I arrived to purchase the truck and it went better than expected. Thank you Derek and team for my experience and showing me great hospitality.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. I made a service appointment on Monday, 10/9/2020, for my vehicle. The appointment was confirmed via text messages and emails. I even received numerous notifications reminding me of this appointment. The appointment was made for today, 10/13 at 10:30AM. We arrived on time and was greeted by the service department. My wife provided her both her name and my name. She stated she can not find my information. I then told her the appointment was made online. She tells me “oh that’s why, we aren’t getting the request online .... that’s why we encourage you to do it over the phone or in person”. I ask her “what is that supposed to mean, you can’t see me” and she tells me “no, like I said we encourage you to do it online or in person”. I asked her “how am I supposed to know that when I received the notifications of acknowledgment and reminders”. Of course, she does not have an answer. I then asked for the service managers information. We call her and tell her the situation. She tells us she will call the service guy and see if he can take a look at my vehicle. When she calls back, she informs us that he can not look at my vehicle today and stated they have been having issues with online appointments since COVID. So not only have you known about this issue for months, but you continue to let customers book (or let them think they are booking) an appointment online AND you still have not fixed the issue. We had proof of an appointment and was still turned down and not seen. I even had to take a day off of work. This is a sorry excuse for a company and business to be ran. You have lost all future purchases from myself, my family, my friends, and anyone I come across who is looking for a vehicle. It’s hard to support local businesses when they won’t support the customers.
