Sally Beauty

The worst experience I have ever had at any Sally's, and this was my first time going to that Sally's, I have always had great experiences at other Sally's and that will probably be my last time at that one for a while, I walked in the lady asked if I needed help while she was helping another customer I said yes, I went looking around while she was helping the other customer, and then stayed up front just watching me like to make sure I wouldn't steal anything. And she had been done with the other customer. so I walked up there and asked her for help., the employee had a very heavy accent, which did not bother me and I kept my words simple in case she had issues understanding. But she understood very well, but would not listen to what I was trying to tell her, she kept cutting me off. and she kept trying to sell me something I did not want, and I kept telling her that over and over and over again and I kept telling her why I could not have that over and over again and then she got judgmental about it. I knew kind of what I needed and she just kept trying to sell me other things that I didn't want. I got tired of her cutting me off, and trying to sell me other things I said nevermind and thank you and I walked off . But what was sad is they had other customers in the store that needed help, she was the only one on the floor. But you can hear the others talking in the back room.

These directions aren't accurate at all. It takes you across town in the middle of a park and neighborhood. Miles from Ambassador Caf. Please update. This review isn't for the store since we never made it there it's for the map.

the staff is very aggressive and demanding

Walked in. Black lady at the register didn't say hello or can I help you with something like they normally do. Black Manger who has been working there since I was a child, ud83dude02 didn't either. White woman walks in and she gets treated respectful. Why? Because they are still yessir master! ud83dude02 I politely walked out because my God told me not to buy a thing! Bye! Felisha!

Workers are always helpful! Great place
