T-Henny was my salesman and he was hilarious. My foot was too big for what was in stock so he had them shipped to me. Introduced me to Crep too...great investment! I just didn't like that the store was so small

I love journeys but I will never step foot in this particular store again. I bought a pair of shoes and when I got home realized I was given 8 instead of 8.5. I forgot to keep them in the car to return them but while in town the next day I bought a new pair. This time one shoe was an 8 and the other as an 8.5. The next day I go back and they exchange the lonely 8 with 8.5. Now today I brought the first pair of 8s to return and the manager Caitlyn was very rude with me saying she wouldn’t return them because I wore them. There’s no way I wore them because they didn’t fit. She was the rudest employee I’ve ever witnessed and yet she was the manager. Now I have a gift card that I’ll probably have to sell to a relative.
Staff was very helpful and patient as my teenager tried on just about every shoe they had ..lol
