Rack Room Shoes

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. The lady said it declined my payment at first so I tried again. Went through. Later on, I found that was charged twice. I waited a day or 2 to see if they would send it back. NOPE. I asked chase bank to resolve the issue. They sent me the money and said they would try to resolve it. I have now been charged AGAIN for $105. I’ll be reaching out but as of right now, I’m not happy.

I don't hate this place. I don't shop here

I tried to just buy a pair of slippers here but for the buy one get one half off I had to get a pair of slippers but hey it was under 70 dollars and they are some nice nikes so I can't complain, also the staff were very friendly.

Great selection, the store was well stocked and had plenty of shoes on hand in all size even those that are usually hard to find definitely recommend. When. We went they we're running a buy one get one 50% off sale. Thanks believe that they run this sale quite often
