Amazing customer service!! I have worked in management in the customer service industry for 15yrs; I was amazed and proud at the customer service from the 1st step i took in the store. Every worker was helpful, polite, upbeat, and professional. Very refreshing to see. Store was very clean and organized. If the phone rang the staff answered professionally and by the second ring. Awesome job and thank you to the management teaching their staff at this location. Also, to the line staff for striving for excellence. Again, amazing job!!

It would of gotten 5 stars but not having the shoe I really wanted in my size n couldn't order it.they no longer carry that brand:-( but found a beautiful pair.mr.rivers was very nice and helpful.i drove an hour to get there and he made sure everything was correct.thank you. I will be back.xoval
