Cavender's Boot City

Wonderful experience at Cavender's this past weekend. The boots we wanted we not in the store. Placed our order to have them mailed to us. The order was placed on Sunday afternoon, the boots were delivered Wednesday morning. Fantastic staff and service, we will return for our needs.

This store has helpful salespeople, and a large array of western wear for men and women.

Ask for Hailey, may not be spelled correctly but she is a bomb sales woman!

If you would like to shop with salespeople who ignore you this is your place. Tried on 8 pairs of jeans without speaking to a soul. Had to wait 10 minutes to be the only one checking out. And then they wonder why retail stores in Lafayette close. Retrain your staff and teach them what customer service is.
