Wow!!! Just wow!! Miguel is AMAZING!!!! He’s the bridal specialist that helped me find the perfect wedding gown! He also helped my bridesmaids find a dress that was flattering to their figure. It was really busy when we walked in but Miguel made us feel like we were the only ones shopping. He is patient, personable, & just AMAZING!! Mackenzie Glasgow Is seriously the best. I was lucky enough to have her help me both times that I went. If it wasn’t for her I can honestly say I wouldn’t have found my perfect dress. I left that store feeling confident, and beyond happy. Even if you just want to look around I highly recommend coming here. Thank you again Mackenzie! I’m sure I’ll be back soon for other things!

Aside from the workers being friendly, my experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased my wedding dress from David’s Bridal and I paid a little over $1000 on it. I paid an additional $400.00 for David’s Bridal to alter it for me. I just needed to take in the top some and hem the bottom. They called me last minute to let me know that they were behind and were really pressed for time and asked me if I could go the next day. Not a problem. I go in the next day and put on the dress just for the final fitting and I had to hold back my tears while the seamstress was asking me about the fit. The bottom hem of my dress was crooked, not all the lace was so sewn back securely to the dress, the thread/beading on the top of the dress was loose and they had a bunch of strings sticking out all over the dress. They told me they could fix those things and I went in the little dressing room to wait while they did it. I cried the entire time. I feel like it was rushed and it just broke my heart that my dress turned out that way like I said, the workers were very friendly. I just wish I would have chose someone else to alter it.

I went in looking for a reception outfit! Before this I had never been a customer of David’s bridal. The service was immaculate. My consultant was Miguel and he was very attentive and even made me laugh. Consultants were being pulled left and right and not one time did I feel like I wasn’t being helped. They answered all my questions with no problem. The experience was great.

Such a great experience from start to finish! I was nervous that I would not find anything comfortable to my size or style. As I went through each dress, I picked ones that appealed to me most. Mrs. Alexis was my bridal consultant and I can’t even explain how calming and great she made this experience for me. She took a look at my bridal board on Pinterest and excused herself, and less than 5 minutes later she brought me the PERFECT dress & it was under my budget! It had all of the details that I wanted and she found it. When I tried it on, she even fluffed it and pinned it so it would fit me properly and it ended up being the ONE! Only took 4 dresses for me to fall in love. Loved her and all the staff, everyone was so friendly. They made this day so special and I will never forget it!
