Used their muck assault and pond boost for 4 months as directed with no affects. thought it could be suspended clay or perhaps something else. I sent an email asking for help with details about my pond, Ej Domingue Jr responded with questions that i had just answered in my initial email and just told me to buy and aerator. He didn't even ask if I already had one. Failed to answer my questions and just sent me a link to another one of their aerators... Horrible customer service, I can only hope this was an over seas customer service rep
I purchased a air diffuser about 6 months ago and my pond looks great as a result! It went from no visibility to more than 2 feet in 6 months.nnCustomer service: My fault, I broke a part on the air diffuser and after one phone call they had my part on order and on its way to my house. You can't ask for better service than that!nnThank you guys and gals for your help.
