It was mine and my family's first time going into your store. We just recently had a new addition to our family, a mini long haired Dotson. So we brought her in to get some toys, food etc. A man by the name of James helped us and he done one of the best jobs taking care of us of anywhere that I've ever shopped! Super friendly and willing help. Very knowledgeable of the products there. And also the whole team of people that ibmade contact with was very refreshing and helpful! Your store will be our 1 and only per store! Thank you!!

When it comes to getting things for my kitties, everything is great. They have healthy food and a nice variety of toys, beds, and accessories. However, when it comes to my ferrets, not so much. First of all, whatever breeders they buy from aren't very good breeders. And the ferrets they sell are always underweight and unhealthy. Secondly, the things they sell for ferrets are terrible. The food is unhealthy, the cages are too small, and the toys are actually harmful. If you're looking to get things for your small pet, I suggest looking online, or doing a lot of research on what cat/dog food is healthy for ferrets.

I was sent to Petco by a friend. Very much in tune with everything concearning her kitty's. The young lady who waited on me was perfect in every way. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Informed, and Quick. My friend was well pleased.

The people working were very Knowledgeable and easy in and out online purchase and picked it up myself. It's a tight fit in there, but no complaints from me yet (lol)

Getting my pickup was quick and easy. But they don't open until 1030..on weekdays.
