Chase Bank

You’re better off leaving your money in a piggy bank. Talked to possibly the worst employee I’ve ever seen at the front desk. Can’t recall his name, but he was probably the least professional teller I’ve ever dealt with. Never been talked to that rudely in my life. Try Capital One.

This bank treats disabled veterans with disrespect and have no compassion for their struggles. I was treated like a child and talked down to constantly. I do not recommend this bank or any Chase bank any where in Lafayette Louisiana. I used to love this bank until they showed me their true feelings towards veterans. My Integrity and character are second to none and I would have been a long time customer if not for their blatant disrespect!!! DO NOT BANK AT CHASE VETERANS, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SERVICE TO THIS COUNTRY!!!!

The best Chase in the Lafayette area. I go to Chase banks all over and I can tell you this is the best one. People are friendly and talk to you as soon as you enter. I either stop to this location or the other one on Westmark when I'm on the South Side of town.

Great place to bank. Employees very cordial and helpful. Sometimes there is a little wait for inside teller assistance.
