I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A PARTICULAR BRAND OF TWIST HAIR!! It wasn't even 2 good days. I went back to the store to let them know about the hair. (Not wanting money back, but a different brand) He said he can't do anything about it! REALLY?? I'M A LICENSED STYLIST, I'VE BEEN SENDING MY CLIENTS TO DOLLAR MANIA FOR YEARS! NEVER A MAJOR PROBLEM!! Must I remind you we've been supporting their business for over 20yrs. I'm sick of this type of business!!! WHEN YOU LEARN BETTER YOU DO BETTER!!!
