Decreased rating. The hospital is horrible at communicating with patients and families. It's filthy. Nurses are rude to families. Doctors don't communicate with patients or family. The only people I have had positive interactions with consistently are the DON and case manager. I've called and while the issue is addressed in the moment, it continues to happen.nnOnly rating to comment and ask a question. Just read a review from two weeks ago. My fiance will likely be coming there next week. He was at the Bossier facility 3 weeks ago and had a horrible experience in regards to professionalism. The review I read was horrible and looked like professionalism issues and infection control issues. I need to know he will be safe and cared for, especially if I'm not going to be able to visit him regularly. I need him well, he just passed the 7 wee mark of treatment

Was here for two hours before I saw anyone and it was a rad tech guy. Four hours before I saw a nurse. Heat doesn’t work in the room and I’m not allowed to have visitors. Can’t eat the food because it’s too salty and freezing cold. CNA are not taking my vitals just BP and writing down arbitrary numbers for the other vitals. I have had about three good nurses. One was agency. I’m currently sitting here receiving my last antibiotic dose on a pump I have to operate for half the nurses (I’m a nurse) before I discharge AMA.oh and there is a giant bag of urine hanging from my to the ceiling above my toilet. Been here a week and haven’t seen the first quality assurance person.

Great place to work. I love my job family. I will be here 13 years in February. 11 years as a CNA and almost 2 years as an RN. The support I had through school from Christy Heard, Gail Burt, HR, the house supervisors, and fellow employees was God sent. Making sure the patients and families were given the best care is #1.. Love it here.

Could of not found a better or friendlier and workers place to have my dad. They did a great job with him and gave their all. Staff and nurses and doctors were great.
