Customer service is everything for small businesses and The Yellow Bird has the customer service of toilet paper that has been on the bathroom floor of a gas station covered in urine for weeks. Unless you fit the mold of what the owner thinks is the 'appropriate customer', you could be asked to leave or completely ignored. Save yourself a visit and avoid this shop and consider other great local shops that have warm and friendly staff members.nnMy advice to the owner: Your customers are your livelihood. Treat every visitor with respect and kindness otherwise they will go somewhere else. Understand that your actions and words affect others, and they can hurt. I hope that this review comes as a warning to you to not treat other customers how we were treated so that your business can turn around for the better.

Great collection, unique and elegant. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable.nStore looks small from the outside but has everything, birdhouses, chalk paint, soaps, scents, vases you name it!
