My Ariens LM has long been out of warranty. When under warranty Grubbys came out twice to take my mower in for service work. Work was quick and efficient. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

If your thinking about getting your lawn tractor fixed by this place--forget it.First of all, this place is too slow. They either need more help, they don't know what they are doing or there is something shady going on with this company. The tractor was under warranty when they picked it up 39 days ago. When I call there, I hear they are waiting on parts and they are so busy. Well, that is not my problem. I want my lawn mower fixed now. Soon, I will not need it until next year because of the weather. The tractor was only used about three months last year and not that long this year. Home Depot needs to find another company to do their warranty work or I need to find another place to buy my lawn tractors. Good advice to anybody looking to buy a new lawn tractor: Ask the salesperson who does their warranty work and then check them out.
