This is the best bank I have ever banked with .. I love the save the change for my savings !!! The online banking is so easy .. I have recommended this bank to everyone I know so far they haven’t disappointed me

Without going into detail i payed them the $400 i owed them then a few days later they sent me a letter in the mail telling me that i still owed??? Ok!nnSo i paid again via mail. A few months go by and not a word. So assumed they got the money. Well eventually they sent me another letter telling me that i still owed. Went to the bank to speak with a teller who told me to call a number where i was informed that i should go to the bank a d speak with a teller??nnI'll never do business with this horrible corrupt bank again. I guess laundering money for drug cartels is more important than helping customers!?!?nnWish there were a way to give zero stars.

I’m leaving this bank. Rude service. Never open. Hold on paychecks even having money in savings. Not good service

I agreed wait time is too long using teller line. I like that this bank is so high tech and so high touch. Their app is awesome.
