Always able to find shoes at a decent price
Hello, my experience at this location was terrible . Customer service is bad, they don't even acknowledge anyone walking in the door. It starts with management. If you can't lead then you just need to follow someone that can.
The store is practically empty. There’s no selection of running shoes, mostly vans and of course Jordan’s. If your a REAL athlete or in my case a health care worker looking for good work shoes this place is a waste of time.
I visited the store on today about 3:00 p.m. the variety our shoes are limited and the staff themselves aren't always eager to assist or talkative and making you feel comfortable in the store but the store manager name Kiki is awesome and an asset to athlete's foot she is curious she is helpful she was amazing I was able to call her back several times after leaving the store and she always assisted me with the several questions I had and the requests that I made. She helped me as much as it was possible. I really appreciate this young lady although her coworkers weren't so kind or helpful she gets the 5 stars!
They had a lot to choose from. Guy came right up to help, so we wasn't there left with no help. Outside of music blasting to loud, overall experience was great. I like how open and neat the store was. They have all the latest Airmax. The 90's & 97's in different colors. They had many different colors in the Jordan 1's. Easy access to this location. Different shops around for you to get some clothes to go with your shoes.
