They need to fix the ATM drive through. Pot hole so big you can make a swimming pool out of it. I thought I hit a wall with my truck after my truck sunk in it.
I've banked there a long time . With COVID , they should open the drive thru .With sick , elderly , handicapped , it's a burden . And Safety Hazzard in inclement weather . Do these people THINK ?? And Sometimes I require more cash than the A T M wants to give out . I'm going to change banks , not that they care .
Because of the pandemic, the bank should keep the drive thru open all business hours and they are not supportive to this time and keeping drive thru close all the time and open inside where everybody is scared to go, not not not appreciate this behavior
All Bank of America branches are just terrible. One cashier only which results in a long waiting line
