They took care of me and held the meat extra time until I was able to get out there because of the terrible weather we had. Cuts look good so far and I'll be having a steak tonight!

Nice and friendly. I am a meat cutter by trade and had a hind quarter hanging there. They let me come in and break it down to primals before taking it home. If they ever needed a hand I would be more than happy to work with them.

Do not bring your meat here! Brought our 2 pigs in for processing, never called to tell us when it was ready. Eventually we called them, they had given out meat to someone else. And they had already eaten some of it. Now we have no idea where meat has been or how it has been stored. They expect 40$ off to make up for it. Poor organization, poor communication, 0 standards. Wish i could give it negative stars.
