A business either knows how to do business or does not. This place does not care. Staff and Service people are very nice and friendly (4 stars for customer service btw) but for a business owner that is unimportant; For a service business; work to be completed for a reasonable price, that is the only thing that is important. I got charged for the same problem 3 times and still not fixed ($1000 btw). Now I gotta find/pay someone else to fix a problem that should have been token care of during the original install; because i certainly will not pay a 4th time for someone to come screw around and charge me another $400 for nothing.
