I love this smoker. I searched for about 6 months and research many options before I selected this one. Easy to use, easy to maintain temp, and easy to pull. The only bad part is the paint on the fire box peeled when I seasoned the smoker. Not a big deal to me as I store it in the garage.
Ordered a porch model and customized it a little. Paint on the smoker boxed bubbled and peeled the first time I lit the pit to season it. Called and they sent me more spray paint. I’ve cooked on it three times and the smoker box continues to peel. Now the paint on the barrel is peeling. Called and sent emails and all they are offering me is more paint. The other option is to bring it back and let them re-do it. I live over 160 miles away and had it delivered. Not the quality or customer service I expected when I spent this kind of money.
Shane was extremely informative on the custom designing process. Down to earth guy who knows his stuff. High quality fabrication done on site. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality custom grill of any kind.
Learned alot about how their smokers were made. Very heavy duty. Gonna last a long time. Better priced compared to others.
why are people leaving good reviews and then 4 stars? you cant save an extra star for later... if you like a place, give em 5 stars people!
