We brought our dogs to give them baths and the water wasn't warm. But our dogs needed a bath after all the rain from hurricane Sally.
Great store, great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. Would love to see more varieties of fish, but overall...very nice!
Customer service is always wonderful. But the majority of the time I go in there. I can't always find a good selection of cat toys, accessories, treats. They either run out or just don't carry a variety of selections. Which is definitely not the fault of the store itself. I have the same issue with Petsmart. I do love getting Cat litter and Cat food at a reasonable price!
I love shopping here for my pets needs. Very reasonable prices and selections. Staff is awesome. I will definitely continue shopping here.
