Friendly service. In this pandemic it is nice to see cleanliness and staff working hard to make your experience good. Food is delicious our take out was warm when I got it home. I wish I would have gotten the servers name because she was amazing!
Came to town ghost hunting ( gravity hill) super fun for our 6yold son. Saw the cute building and came in. Super awesome waitress. The mushroom burger and cheese steak dip were super good!! The fries were great too. Next time we come thru town we shall stop again.
Food was excellent, well presented, and friendly staff. They are doing everything to keep the public safe during their covid. Hope to visit them again the next time we are in Prosser.
Went with a friend for brunch on 18 Oct 2020.nHad biscuits and gravy.nThe food was good with good size portions. The wait staff was excellent.
My brother and his wife and I and some of her local family members went there about a year ago. Food and drinks were great, good service, so we expected the same this time. Totally the opposite, almost. We were seated outside, which was fine, we understood, and they were busy and shorthanded. We also understood that. So, we ordered drinks, which took a while longer, but ok, no problem. Then they also took the food order. So, after about 30 minutes, we asked what was up, and I believe they said they were getting to it. We also noticed a table in the opposite corner that was constantly getting attention. We also noticed a couple that came in after us, got served. And basically we were just left there, no one came to check on us, nothing. So about the time the next couple that came in long after us got served, we were done. My brother went in to pay for our drinks so we could leave, she and I were starting to get a bit ill from our blood sugar dropping. They tried to charge for the whole meal, when what they should have done was either apologized profusely and comped the drinks, or apologized profusely, comped the drinks, asked if we could hold out 10 minutes, and put our ticket through. Instead, the lady who was the manager I assume, and I think bartender did none of the above, though she did realize we were never served and quit trying to charge for food. Then, when my brother who was quite irate because of all that and having to take care of a wife who has medical problems as it is, compounded by lack of food, came out, he said we're out of here. The manager followed him out, and my sister who was upset and not feeling well, said we're never coming back. Instead of trying to smooth things over, the manager said we don't need your money! It rattled my sister in law and she told her f--k you, rather loudly, maybe not a great move, but after being left hungry, then insulted, I didn't blame her. I have never seen anything like that, and hope I never do again. That was the worst customer service I have ever seen in a restaurant, and to say, in this time when business is slow, they don't need the $60 or more we would have spent, plus tip, are you serious? I don't know where this person is from, maybe she just thought since we were out of town, she didn't care. Problem is, I'm from Hermiston and I go through there off and on and have stopped to eat and had recommended them to people. That was a mistake I won't make again. Plus, my sister in law's brother and his wife live there. His wife is acquainted with the owners even. Plus their parents are moving there and her dad has family in the area. You not only lost our money, but you may have lost the money of about 6 other people, and whoever they might tell. Prosser is a small town. You might get away with that in Seattle, but not in this area. So, hopefully, you won't patronize this place. You could be next. Very sad, nice place, and I know the drinks are good and I'm sure the food probably is too, but unless the place treats you right, why go there? All they had to do was make it right and I wouldn't be writing this little article. I would have given them a positive rating. Not happening.
