Disappointed.. they should hire a extra employee and open drive thru back up. Iam disabled and can not always get out of car. And now with covid the lines are to long that i can't stand for long periods of time without hurting.. open drive thru back up please
If I could give zero stars I would! I have never in my life been so disgusted with a bank branch!! Avoid this branch at all cost!!! The 30 minute drive to Macon is worth it. They know about customer service unlike the Centerville location. This branch needs to be shut down for good! Lines out the door, no drive thru teller services, and the WORST and RUDEST teller service I have ever experienced in all my years of having a bank account.
Good customer service but I bring checks from my workers comp and it takes 7 days to clear my only problem
This is the worse bank I have ever done business with they are closed on Wednesday have no drive thru and stand in long lines
Everyone out in the hot sun, with a MASK on and one long waiting time. They can't even cash their own checks, and they let you know after you waited an hr outside. No idea why anyone would bank with them!!
