Very understaffed. You will wait in the drive thru for at least 30 mins and up to and hour plus.....also made a small check deposit with no cash back and they required ids.n...very disorganized. Worst branch I've been to in 20 years.

I went to visit this branch this morning and had the most friendly bank staff I've ever met. Was greeted by a gentleman immediately with a big smile and directed me to Jennifer, who was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. She definitely made me feel welcome and was genuinely happy to answer all my questions. Lastly, I had a great conversation with Andrea, one of the tellers, who made me feel like I was talking with an long time friend, made me laugh more than twice and I just felt taken care of the entire time. They all made my day. Wish this location was closer to were I live. Even though it was busy, I was attended in a fast and courteous manner. Thank you to all the staff, but especially to Jennifer & Andrea!

Horrible service didn’t really want to assist me with my needs of getting change after informing teller I have several accounts with you all. They didn’t even look to verify. Very unprofessional. Go to another location please!
