Manager not so nice....I did not intend to bother you when I asked for 50 large crickets I thought that is why I came to see you....
Was received with cold customer service by a guy who said he was the general manager. He was extremely rude, he didn't even ask to help or try ..point blank said he didn't care to help me nor did he need to. Also this location is always low in a lot in the products they once supplied ample amounts. They have gone through 5 Managers in the last 4years. Let's not stop there, the groomer is not to polite, shaved my dog and didn't apologize for not doing as I had asked her to do( this was an older women, she is always sitting) and I always get the same cut, she ruined my dog's well maintained coat. And that area always smells and it extremely dirty in the grooming area..looks like a butcher shop smells, horrible smell.
I went there for Vetco & it was amazingly organized & smooth.. the staff at Petco were extremely friendly & helpful after we finished with the vaccinations... very happy with the experience!!!
The groomers are really friendly and great with your dog. They didn't need to fully clip my dogs nails even though that's what I thought, and they made sure to charge me less for a buffing instead which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!
I came to get bones for a clients dog and I walked the isles several times for 10 minutes. At no time did Ana speak or ask me if I needed anything. She was 2 feet in front of me.. I picked up something comparable. She decides to speak to me when I'm ready to buy something and I said nothing. I usually shop at Pet Supermarket where I'm always greeted, always asked if I need something, always asked if I found everything I needed..they point out sales and new products. Thanks for the reminder why I don't generally shop here.
