If there's a better banking staff that what Pam has assembled at the Flynn's Crossing PNC, I'd like to see it. Professional, friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful. Every time I have an interaction there, I come away impressed with the experience, which definitely not normal in banking.
My mom and I both had an awesome experience at this location. Candyce Gholston took the time to assist my mother with her business account. She was personable, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and courteous. She went above and beyond. This was very important since my mother is a senior. Neha assisted me with my personal account. She was courteous, pleasant, and efficient. It was an overall wonderful experience and by far the best experience I have had at any PNC branch. Thank you!
In the challenging time, staff worked efficiently and friendly via Drive Up service.
