I highly recommend Chase Bank to everyone, especially this Johns creek branch. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Unlike other banks, you don’t need to make an appointment for your banking needs. Every visit is very pleasant and time efficient; takes fraction of the time compared to other banks to bank here. No waiting time at all. The best bank I have ever worked with.
Notary didnt even skim over the documents properly before saying he needed another witness to sign it. Turns out it says I am one of the witnesses right below. When I came back minutes later he said it'll take an hour before he will be available again. Wasted my time and money to get it done somewhere else. Would not recommend this branch.
This is my home bank since 2005. Great customer service and no one had a problem with me taking pictures in 2019 we live in a social media world there are people recording everything everywhere. The lollipops are always a good treat and they have Chase pens too.
The customer service is really terrible here. They always have you waiting even though there are several available employees standing around chatting. No one seems to be able to do the simplest thing. I only come because of its proximity to my office.
Smile and lie to your face. They only care about quotas and fees. Want to make a difference ? Withdraw your money and see how nice they become.
