This Branch of UCBI is fabulous!
I've been banking here for over 20 years. I have always found them to be more than helpful. We have multiple accounts, both business and personal. While the lack of Saturday hours can be a pain, we have stayed with this bank because of the people...very friendly and personable.
I have banked here for 20 plus years. These folks still bank like banking in small towns used to be....personable. If they get to know you then you will see they are just a great group. If you treat them well they will gladly treat you well. We get what we give. Thanks for all the years of great customer service UCBI Johns Creek.
Generally polite. But the operating hours should at least be 8-5 or 9-6. Although even with this near part time schedule, no one seems to feel a sense of urgency to move quick.
Only open 9am to 4pm. Cannot get to this bank before they close and cannot open accounts or change info on my accounts on my 30 minute lunch break. This branch should be more accommodating to their customers. Thinking about changing to a bank that can be open or have staff that does not have to call corporate every time a change is made for instructions. Tried twice to make changes to my accounts and was late getting back to work both times. Forget it!
