I absolutely love this place! They have the best quality pet beds you can find anywhere for sometimes cheaper than online. Side note, when you order online and they ship it.....they severely vacuum seal it so I highly recommend just making the drive and getting it in the store to avoid a headache. They also have great toys and treats and constant sales.
First, I would love to say that Susan is the best worker. They all are great workers. The aquarium section has all kinds of plants and the men workers are very helpful. Great place to shop for your pets’ needs!
Came into the store About a week ago not knowing what to get for my new puppy. I was approached by an awesome Manager named Angela that was able to provide me with all the information and essentials I needed to care for my new pet. Took me Isle by isle to explain what all was needed, gave me an awesome coupon book and told me all about the awesome Savings for enrolling in The Vital Care program. Never seen such awesome customer service in a very long time in Retail itself. All the associates Were very friendly and fast to help My needs. I give this store five stars and an A+!
The groomers are wonderful! They are always energetic, enthusiastic, and welcoming. My pet is a Japanese Akita and when we arrive to Petco it’s like she knows where she is and she gets so excited which is very warming to me!
I paid 75 dollars + tip for a groom a week ago and I don’t think they did his nails and I’m certain they didn’t clean his ears cause I just spent half an hour getting wax out of a single ear. And I’m not even talking about the ear canal either, I’m talking about the floppy part of the ear. They had him for at least 4 hours so I don’t really know why they chose not to be thorough... definitely won’t be coming back for grooming
