It was cool. We didn't see much we wanted. That evening shift could've used one more employee, BUT the two that were there did Excellent work!
I had so much anxiety about going to the store and exchanging my shoes for smaller sizes. I used Klarna to pay for my purchase. I called the store in atlanta by camp creek and the girl made a big deal because she didn't want to work. She definitely seemed clueless. I've walked into the Conyers store, bad customer service, I walked into snellville store okay customer service...But ELLENWOOD location...The Best, and the only Hibbet I will be visiting moving foward. I called and spoke with Alexandria. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. She walked me through the possibilities, checked for my shoe, and gave real information. I then went to the store soon as I walked in all of the team members were very nice and helpful. Great customer service. ALEXABDRIA!! Girl is bomb, very professional, and handled my return in less than 5mins. She even helped me try on other shoes. I appreciate her, because she relieved all of my anxiety. It really wasn't what I expected. Great experience today. 9.6.2020
