Kadlec Neuroscience Center - Richland

We have been trying to get someone from this office to call us back- we have tried 4-5 times to get an appointment for surgery. They keep promising A call but we NEVER get one. You leave a message they say it will be 24 hours for a return call after 48 hours you call again. They say someone will call shortly. End of day still no phone call. Trying to figure out your life and schedule is virtually impossible. After 3 request for the office manager to call he has never called us back. Still waiting now its the weekend AGAIN

Overall, I had a great experience at the Kadlec Neuroscience Center in Richland. Dr Motaghi was awesome as were the nurses Alexis, Madison, Helen, and Danielle. The referral department was a bit slow in getting back to me, but maybe they're swamped... ? Whatever the case, I was pleased with the results after my visit and procedure and thought that the team who took care of me were wonderful. Thank you Dr. Motaghi and staff!

Staff was very efficient and took time to ask enough questions to pinpoint my issue and treat accordingly instead of throwing a blanket at it.

Dr. Wahl and Dr. Turner are 2 of the best doctors I have ever had and I am so much better because of them. I give them and the staff a 10 and a 5 star rating. I have been treated good. Thank You Doctors.

I've had a great experience with my doctor he is a blessing and has helped me . And I couldn't be happier
