I was contacted by my Mother that my father was Emergency room and that they didn’t have a translator that the janitor was the one translating for them I drove an hour over there to help them out when I get there I talk to woman in the emergency entrance at the front desk I told her what I was therefore and she mentioned to me that they were getting a translator for them and I said OK can I call them and while I was talking to my parents the lady call security on me I think there for the information she gave me and that lady was rude and disrespectful this happened at 7:30 am On November 28 Kadlec needs to talk to their employees and having them be a little bit more helpful in a little bit more compassionate nobody goes just to hang around the hospital and causing grief were there for a reason your quality of service has dropped drastically

OMG IGNORANT! took my kid to an outpatient clinic had to wait 2 months then when we did get to the person it was a friday, she was more interested in telling us about moving to a private practice and how we could be her new patients than finishing up the current visit and writing the prescriptions .. you know without having to call on monday..NIGHT to get the pesky prescriptions called in.. after all it is hard using a smartphone.. I'd say people are just a number but it seems here..people seem to be less than a number .. do not expect much

Went in with a fever over 101 and a resting heart rate of 120. I spent a few hours there and they did blood work, urine sample, and a bacterial growth test. They said nothing was wrong with me and didn’t find anything.. they gave me two Tylenol’s basically and sent me home. I gave my insurance twice while at the hospital and when my bill came I had to call to have them to put my insurance on. And they sent me another bill without insurance again and I had to call again to have them update insurance. Pathetic service, don’t waste your time going to this joke of a hospital.

Always bad experiences I don’t come for years and now that I decided to try them again I am reminded why I stopped. They talk to you like they know what they are talking about without trying to hear you.
