Kadlec Regional Medical Center Main Hospital

A big shout out the the nursing staff on the 3rd floor. They treated my mom awesome. They were very kindhearted. True humanitarians. Thanks Ladies. I owe you. You're all awesome.

All the people seem great and the medical staff appear to be top notch, which is what you really want in a hospital. However, the food is terrible and the overall Kadlec administrative system including the sharing of information on the patient is not a well oiled machine. I think they need help in hospitality and IT.

The hero’s who saved my life. I will forever be thankful for this place

My mother went to the ER last night with acute pain and vomiting. After a few tests they sent her home telling her there was nothing wrong. She feels the PA pushed her out. Yes she has some chronic health issues but here she is in acute pain and they didn't even give her any pain medication until she left -so she could make it home. The PA who worked last night was not compassionate to her patient. So sad.

They do not care about the patients. My 82 year old mother had a wrist fracture in two places. In pain with them giving no pain medication. She had to be prepped for surgery and was panicking with BP of 219/91. Her father died in a hospital around the same age during an appendicitis surgery. Nurse refused to let me go and comfort her while she sat alone in a room. Mother was refused to see me too. They let numerous other people walk in and out, but the nurses were all confused as to who and what were patients and caregivers. Each time I’ve been here is taken forever and shows incompetence of staff. Small town hospital.
