Mr Baron was very professional when I had an issue the others were too but Mr Barron was a little more helpful I would highly recommend this location.
Worst bank to answer phone calls. Very “Convenient” but in reality most inconvenient place to do business. One of the worst branches.
The teller at the drive thru window needs an attitude adjustment. I wish I knew her name so I can have posted. Please learn better customer service skills.
Too slow you would think it’s a parking lot instead of the drive through it’s a shame people have lives and other things to do instead of being in line for a long period of time and it’s only three cars in each lane it don’t take that long SMH the people are leaving out of the drive through and the long wait has not changed that’s not how you treat people and customers have some respect for people’s time you close at four you deserve no star
Alexander was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgable. It was a pleasant experience and we plan on continually doing business because of that reason.
