To the person who left one star thank you. I leave one star because of the lack of communication these people have. I have had to replace my debit card 3 times in 5 years because they kept blocking transactions made to charities I have donated to for months claiming they didn't recognize them. Just recently they blocked then denied a donation to a mission board. Lack of funds? According to the 24 hour banking hotline their balance corresponded with my balance. Explain that. Even after the card was supposedly blocked over 200 dollars still managed to disappear in 2 days. Explain that. I will be going to another bank and as some of your former customers have done. They are tired of your ignorance and money that is obviously going somewhere else. My stimulus check will be delayed because of your neglect. My tax refund will be delayed because of your neglect. They were going into someone else's accounts because you people don't communicate with your main office and your customer care is ridiculous.
