The Customer Service was absolutely amazing. Whenever you have a question about something... They are very respectful, patient and tries to give you an answer to the best of their knowledge. Madison is excellent at grooming! I would recommend her to anyone. She's patient with animals and puts a lot of time in for animals. She's the best! Thank you for helping my fur baby. It seems like a decent environment for a pet store. Staff has always been nice, only thing that gets me is they seem to have a little trouble keeping up with the stock for certain foods. When I go it's kind of like flipping a coin to see if my dogs brand of food is in stock.

I bought 2 dog tags. The cashier was helping me, telling me how the engraving machine worked with the tags. I saw one I like. The cashier told me I could engrave on both sides. She then rings me up, the helps with engrave the first one. After she showed me how to engrave the back, I asked how to do the front since there was on window to engrave. Then informs me that cant engrave on the front. I asked for a refund since she gave the the wrong information and was denied a refund on one dog tag since it had been engraved. While I do understand, the policy. The cashier gave me the wrong information.
