Boris was excellent! He analyzed my walk and suggested an entirely differeny type of shoe that was better suited to my gait. Additionally he built orthotics customized to address my physical limitations, Excellent!
Do NOT waste your time or money!! Boris was unprofessional and refused to fix an issue that he created when working on my shoes. I lost $100 and am left with a shoe that does not work. I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are many great cobblers in the Sarasota area.
Boris was very unwelcoming and yelled at me when I asked if he would be able to fix my shoe by next week. I was not impressed by the bedside manner and shocked at the high price point. I have been to a lot of cobblers and have never seen such high prices. I will be looking elsewhere as I know Sarasota has a few other options.
Amazing cobbler, quality work - very grateful for this service in Sarasota!!! All three pairs of shoes I brought in were excellently repaired.
Boris is friendly and repairs your shoes quick and at a reasonable price. Working in the restaurant industry, I will definitely be back!!
