I am extremely impressed! From the second I walked in, every staff member was kind and welcoming and ready to help! It was my first time using my membership to use their self service dog wash so I asked for further instruction. Everyone was more than happy to help and even offered my pup some treats to help him feel comfortable! The wash stations were super clean and they have everything you need right there! It was SO much easier than struggling to bath my dog at home, can’t wait to come back:)
I joined their club and can get my dogs nails trimmed and give them a bath as many times as I want in a year for free!! The employees there are very friendly and love the animals that come in! Great staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I used the do it yourself wash area and it was awesome! Easy to use and super clean. My dogs usually hate baths but they seemed to like this set up!
Dog perfect @ the landings is the best!! Their perfect club membership w/ unlimited self-wash is a life saver, especially with two big dogs!! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They are truly dog people— always helpful and professional ud83dudc36 ud83dudc3e
Went once. Only one employee there.. she was on the phone with customer when i arrived. I understand she was busy but 20 minutes later i felt she could have asked person on phone to hold for 1 minute and asked if i needed help and sorry for the waitud83eudd37nAnd maybe put person on hold while she Rang me up. I had exact change. Nice store though.
