The manager was able to somewhat fix the issues we encountered during our last visit. Because of this we will be giving it another chance. Usually we have a great time here. So we are looking forward to coming again and hopefully will have a better experience.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great place to enjoy show that hibachi chefs put on. Food is always fresh and great tasting. The Palomar there are out of this world. Employees are very nice and kid friendly.

My fiance and I sat at the hibachi and felt the chef was favoring the other group, giving them extra shrimp or vegetables after he served everything. We know they didn't order extra because the chef said they did in fact order extra rice when he read off the orders.nnThe steak was still a little cold even after ordering rare, The veggies weren't cooked fully, and the chef only spoke in Spanish and didn't really interact with us, but did interact with the other group. This wouldn't really be a problem for me, But I felt as though we overpaid for food I could have cooked at home for way cheaper.nnThe coconut shrimp was excellent and definitely worth it at the price.

We weren’t treated that well here is my family’s story. The food is okay tho!nnI have been looking for a hibachi restaurant out here for around a month. I was so happy when I was told about this place. I was told the shows were amazing and very enjoyable for the kids. Me and my family used to go almost weekly before we moved this way, so I was super excited to take my kids to experience this again. We also had 2 of my nieces, which made us a party of 5. I called ahead and all of us were excited to go, when we arrived we were treated great.nnThen came time for the hibachi show! It was no effort at all put into the show, my small portion of rice with no egg was made in the back, it wasn’t wowing like we were used to. I thought it was just me who noticed so I kept it to myself. Then another table started with a different person and my babies made a comment that they had a better show than us. Honestly it really made me feel some type of way. It’s one things to act funny towards just me but not my kids. So to put a smile back on their faces, I just told them next time we will ask for a better hibachi man. I still left a tip while also writing on the check a complaint about the show. So I cant help but warn my fellow ethic family’s that this could happen to you so please request an exciting show, not a rushed fast show that has a quiet table. This was an expensive restaurant, with not so great Hibachi service. I cant help but feel like we could have gotten better service at another restaurant. It’s one thing for me to notice but for my children is just not a forgivable experience.

We have been eating here for 8 or so years and never had a bad meal ever and it's a great show to dine in as well. My family loves it and we always order dine out of the rice its so good.
