Terrible... I literally just hate this bank. No customer service, no manners...They had a promotion going on, so if you open a new account and keep ××,×××.xx in the account for about 3 or 6 months -cant remember it exactly- , they would give you $300. We went in the there and opened the account then waited longer than what was told and never got our $300 in our account and when I questioned the branch manager, they asked me to bring the coupon back to them and I told them they kept the coupon for the promotion when I opened the account then they said there was nothing they could do! I needed to contact with online banking which I did then the online banking told me to go to the bank where I opened the account. Seriously, this place is horrible. Please avoid if you can!!!!
Amazing Christopher opened my second business account. Chase is a great bank. I have been with them since they came to Sarasota. And this branch has 5 Atm terminals! Three inside and 2 outside! Great bank and amazing staff!
Mostly an ATM bank. Call ahead to make sure a human is working here
