Just plain awful. No drve thru service (it's hard for my mother to walk inside) Now we have to go to US 1 which is way out of the way just to make a deposit and no she will not use your ATM for Transactions. I guess Bank of America doesn't care about personal customer service anymore. Your not the only Bank in town. Good Bye!
Staff here went above and beyond my expectations.
I was out of town and had very little time to get a document notarized. I had to hurry because the bank closed at 4 PM. I can't understand why they can't keep normal banking hours like Vystar and Suntrust. (They are open until 5PM.) The manager refused to notarize my document because there was no notary block. She was rude and said that she couldn’t help us. I’m closing my account there.
