I came to ur shop at 5:40ish today n I read u guys don't close until 7 I saw nobody at the window not sure if they were in back or not but after a few minutes I drove off if the hours have changed due to the virus please update ur hours or something ill try again at another day but this is already a bit disappointing

They twist things around and lie. My dad went in there and it was a little before they opened the lady let him in and was all nice and made him his usual coffee then told rod that my dad was rude and disrespectful and makes all the girls there uncomfortable, and apparently tells the new girls they are all stupid, I’ve gone there many times with my dad and he’s never been disrespectful to anyone, my dad is respectful and nice and always leaves good tips. Spurs will NEVER get our business again

The barista was super sweet when she took my order. I got my oatmeal and tea and sat down to eat. I wanted a little milk for my oatmeal so I got up to ask for some but the barista was on tue phone. There was someone waiting at the drive thru window as well as myself at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes but her back was to me the whole time and the person at the window drove off. I just ate the oatmeal without the milk and left. Hope whatever she was doing on the phone was more important than her customers because she lost a sale and I probably won't be returning anytime soon.
