I came in today for the first time they opened up since covid it was super busy ! Even though the lines were around the store the customer service was AMAZING Devontae was super helpful with getting everything I needed! ! Even when I ended up with the wrong items he was quick to make sure I got what I came for !
You have to be looking for staff to help you out. Asked them for a size and without checking in the back straight up said no we don’t have that number then I asked do you know if by any chance you might have it in the back? The staff just looked at another staff on the floorand said “hey we don’t have this in size 8 right?” Very bad customer service,

Best of the three shoe/sportswear stores in the mall hands down, no comparison. General manager and employees are always friendly and willing to help. Really on top of their game. Would highly recommend shopping here.
Great customer service guy was nice and lovely not hating his job and a bad attitude. Good to see that more now. Also great recommendations and saved me money on a sale pair of shoes that I liked more than the ones I looked at, also recommended I go 2 sizes up because the shoe and it fits perfectly.. I couldn't be more happy definitely getting shoes from here from now on.
