I was in line at the drive through with quite a few cars in front of me getting their transactions processed .nWhen I finally got up to the window they said sorry we are closed.nI asked them why didnt they put a pylon or a notice instead of keeping me waiting in line .nThey could not care less .nThis same branch that has asked me to move my investments from Meril edge and fidelity to them ?nI dont think so.nI know the world has changed but that was beyond rude,dismissive and totally unfair.nI drove down to Bank of America on Woolbright and Millitary where they were very accommodating and took care of my needs.nThank you Bank of America.

The absolute best branch I have ever been too! The staff here are incredibly friendly, genuine and fantastic problem solvers. Every is always smiling and so chippy and it makes banking actually a pleasant experience!

This particular Wells Fargo location is filled with bigots. I experience the worst treatment at this branch and it's spearheaded by the branch manager she is the most recalcitrant person I know. I never have issue at any other Wells Fargo branch, drive-thru, or ATM. This branch intentionally places a hold on deposits where other branches do not. Its nothing more than a backhanded attempt to cause my account to incur overdraft fees because I've complained about my treatment as a customer. If I could give a negative rating for this branch I would. Corporate would be wise to look closely at the complaints from customers about the treatment we receive and the biases in the banking policies towards people of color.

Excellent Wells Fargo Branch in Boynton Beach! Manager, Personal Banker and Tellers are all very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to customer needs, and professional!
